Student ID Badges

During orientation, you’ll receive your Aultman College student ID badge. This badge is your key to campus. It’s used for:

• Building access (including after-hours entry)
• Parking lots and the fitness center
• Library access
• Identification in clinical areas

Please wear your badge at all times while on campus or in clinical settings.

Allowing someone else to use your badge is a policy violation and may result in disciplinary action.

Lost or Damaged Badges

If your badge is lost or stolen, report it to the college office right away to prevent unauthorized use and to keep everyone safe.

• Your first badge is free.
• Replacement badges cost $20 (payable by cash, check, or credit card).
• Replacement time is usually within 48 hours.

When You’ll Be Charged for a Replacement ($20)

You’ll need to pay for a new badge if:

• You lose, misplace, or forget your badge.
• The badge is damaged through misuse, negligence, or abuse.
• The badge is altered, such as adding stickers, pins, or using an unapproved lanyard or holder.

When You’ll Not Be Charged

You’ll get a free replacement if:

• The badge fails on its own (not due to damage or alteration).
• You have a legal name change.
